We deliver orders across South Africa.

Delivery fee

• Orders under R1,000: R89.99 delivery
• Orders of R1,000 or more: FREE delivery

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, please allow approximately 8–11 business days for your order to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances affecting the delivery process.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are correct. Delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may occur.

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery period, Daily Companions cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Strikes or industrial action
• Natural disasters
• Customs or import-related delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Other unforeseen circumstances affecting the delivery network

Where a delay occurs outside our reasonable control, we will do our best to assist you and provide any available tracking or delivery information.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and valid contact information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or you believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at dailycompanionsstore@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the package/product where applicable so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
